Real listening
A full conversation at the start of every session. Your habits, your work, your sleep — all of it counts.
Träcy PALIE, osteopath D.O. — a practice built on listening, gentleness and clinical rigour.

I qualified from the École Supérieure d'Ostéopathie in Paris in 2014 and treat patients of every age — from newborns to older adults, including pregnant women and athletes.
My work starts from the body as a whole. Before any hands-on treatment I take the time to understand your history, your past injuries and your daily life, because pain in one place often begins somewhere else entirely.
I practise in three locations across Moselle and Luxembourg and am a member of Association Luxembourgeoise des Ostéopathes. The aim is the same everywhere: to relieve you effectively and lastingly, and gently.
Consultations are held in French or in English.

Structural, fascial, visceral or cranial: the choice follows you, never the other way round. Nothing without your agreement.
Systematic clinical testing to rule out contraindications, and a referral to a doctor whenever that is the right call.
Advice you can apply the next morning: exercises, workstation set-up, hydration, how to get back to training.
