Back pain
Low back, mid-back and neck pain, sciatica, stiff neck, pain at the base of the skull.
Gentle, whole-body osteopathy for every age, from newborns to athletes. Three practices across Moselle and Luxembourg, in French and English.
Pain that lingers, tension, fatigue ? It may be time to give your body back its balance.
These complaints often have several causes at once, rooted in how the body works as a whole.
Every patient is different: treatment is adjusted to your age, your history and the reason you came.
Pregnancy reshapes the body week after week: the pelvis, the diaphragm and the spine all adapt.
After the birth, treatment helps the body find its balance again and supports pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Trained in perinatal care and as a breastfeeding facilitator, I also help with latching difficulties.
Birth is a mechanically demanding passage. Gentle treatment releases tension built up during pregnancy or delivery.
With babies the techniques are exclusively gentle, suited to how fragile a newborn is.
Growth brings rapid change to the skeleton and to the way weight is carried.
Sitting still, stress, repetitive movements: the body compensates until pain settles in.
Whether you train occasionally or seriously, osteopathy supports both performance and prevention.
With the years, mobility narrows and compensations settle in. The aim is to protect comfort and independence.
Your body sends warning signs. Learning to read them is already a first step.
Low back, mid-back and neck pain, sciatica, stiff neck, pain at the base of the skull.
Migraines, tension headaches, occipital neuralgia, dizziness and referred pain.
Bloating, reflux, constipation, sluggish digestion, tension in the diaphragm.
Tight muscles, clenched jaw, teeth grinding, a feeling of pressure, persistent fatigue.
Trouble falling asleep, waking at night, unrefreshing sleep, irritability.
A fall, a sprain, an accident, surgery, or a scar that stays painful.
Important. Osteopathy never replaces medical advice. If pain is severe, if you have a fever or any unusual symptom, see your doctor or go to A&E.
A few words from patients, published on Google and Doctena — in French, as they were written.

Shoulder pain can start in the pelvis, in the gut, or in the way you sit at work. That is why I look at the whole body before deciding where to work.
Allow between 45 minutes and an hour. Every session follows the same careful sequence.
Your medical history, past injuries and daily life — the context that explains where the pain comes from.
Mobility tests, palpation and differential assessment, to find what needs treating and rule out anything that should not be treated.
Hands-on techniques chosen for your situation, working on the musculoskeletal, visceral and cranial systems.
Stretches, workstation set-up, hydration and follow-up — so the benefit lasts.
Osteopathy is both a craft and a science: individual judgement built on solid anatomy.
Short, precise joint manipulation, used only once every contraindication has been ruled out and with your agreement.
Indirect, gentle approaches that rebalance the fascia wrapping every structure in the body.
Work on the mobility of the organs in the chest, abdomen and pelvis, for everyday functional complaints.
Very gentle work on the small movements of the skull — particularly suited to babies and to headaches.
A session lasts between 45 minutes and an hour. The fee is shown when you book online, and you are given an invoice at the end of every session.
Enough time for a real conversation, a full examination, the treatment itself and the advice that follows.
Card, cash and cheque at the French practices; card and cash in Luxembourg.
Osteopathy is not covered by the French state health system, but most private health policies include an annual allowance.

No. Osteopathy is a first-contact profession: you can book directly, without seeing your doctor first.
No. Techniques are matched to your age and your sensitivity. Some areas may feel tender during treatment, but nothing is done without your agreement.
For a recent problem, one to three sessions is usually enough. For prevention, two or three visits a year works well for most people.
Osteopathy is not reimbursed by the French state health system, but most private policies cover it, typically €100 to €300 a year. You are given an invoice at every session.
