Payment and insurance
What to know before your appointment: how long it lasts, how to pay, and how insurance works.
The fee
The fee is shown when you book, on Doctolib for the French practices and on Doctena for Luxembourg. It varies with the location and the type of appointment, which is why it is not repeated here: better an exact figure at the moment of booking than an approximate one on a page.
Unsure before booking ? Call me: +33 6 71 87 81 48 from France, +352 661 672 883 from Luxembourg.
How long a session lasts
Allow between 45 minutes and an hour: the conversation about your history, the physical examination, the treatment, then advice for your daily life.
Accepted payment methods
Payment is made at the end of the session. You always receive an invoice to pass on to your insurer.

Getting reimbursed
Osteopathy is not reimbursed by the French state health system, and the Carte Vitale is not accepted. Most private health policies, however, include an annual complementary-medicine allowance — typically €100 to €300 a year, or two to five sessions.
The simplest check: look for the “ostéopathie” or “médecines douces” line in your policy.
Osteopathy is not covered in Luxembourg either.

Cancelling and running late
How do I cancel or move an appointment ?
Online through Doctolib or Doctena, or by phone. Please give at least 24 hours' notice so the slot can go to another patient.
What happens if I am late ?
The session goes ahead within the time that remains, so that the patients after you are not pushed back.
