Pain that lingers, tension, fatigue ? It may be time to give your body back its balance.

These complaints often have several causes at once, rooted in how the body works as a whole.

Who I see

Osteopathy adapted to every age

Every patient is different: treatment is adjusted to your age, your history and the reason you came.

Pregnancy & postnatal

Pregnancy reshapes the body week after week: the pelvis, the diaphragm and the spine all adapt.

  • Low back, pelvic and sciatic pain
  • Rib tension and restricted breathing
  • Reflux, sluggish digestion, heavy legs
  • Preparing the pelvis for birth

After the birth, treatment helps the body find its balance again and supports pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Trained in perinatal care and as a breastfeeding facilitator, I also help with latching difficulties.

Babies

Birth is a mechanically demanding passage. Gentle treatment releases tension built up during pregnancy or delivery.

  • Colic, reflux, difficult bowel movements
  • Torticollis — always turning the head the same way
  • Sucking or breastfeeding difficulties
  • Restless sleep, unexplained crying
  • Plagiocephaly (flat head)

With babies the techniques are exclusively gentle, suited to how fragile a newborn is.

Children & teenagers

Growth brings rapid change to the skeleton and to the way weight is carried.

  • Postural problems, support alongside scoliosis care
  • Growing pains, falls and knocks
  • Recurrent ear and sinus infections
  • Follow-up alongside orthodontic treatment
  • Headaches and difficulty concentrating

Adults

Sitting still, stress, repetitive movements: the body compensates until pain settles in.

  • Low back, neck and mid-back pain
  • Headaches, migraines, dizziness
  • Functional digestive complaints
  • Stress-related tension and poor sleep
  • Jaw pain (TMJ) and teeth grinding

Athletes

Whether you train occasionally or seriously, osteopathy supports both performance and prevention.

  • Preparation and recovery around competitions
  • Preventing injury and correcting imbalances
  • Tendon pain, sprains, recurring muscle tightness
  • Better mobility and range of movement

Older adults

With the years, mobility narrows and compensations settle in. The aim is to protect comfort and independence.

  • Joint stiffness and long-standing pain
  • Support alongside osteoarthritis
  • Balance and walking difficulties
  • Recovery after a fall or an operation
Common reasons to come

Do any of these sound familiar ?

Your body sends warning signs. Learning to read them is already a first step.

Back pain

Low back, mid-back and neck pain, sciatica, stiff neck, pain at the base of the skull.

Headaches

Migraines, tension headaches, occipital neuralgia, dizziness and referred pain.

Digestive complaints

Bloating, reflux, constipation, sluggish digestion, tension in the diaphragm.

Stress & tension

Tight muscles, clenched jaw, teeth grinding, a feeling of pressure, persistent fatigue.

Poor sleep

Trouble falling asleep, waking at night, unrefreshing sleep, irritability.

After an injury

A fall, a sprain, an accident, surgery, or a scar that stays painful.

Important. Osteopathy never replaces medical advice. If pain is severe, if you have a fever or any unusual symptom, see your doctor or go to A&E.

A few words from patients, published on Google and Doctena — in French, as they were written.

★★★★★

My approach

Treating the person, not just the symptom

Shoulder pain can start in the pelvis, in the gut, or in the way you sit at work. That is why I look at the whole body before deciding where to work.

  • A full conversation before any hands-on work
  • Techniques chosen for your age and your sensitivity
  • No sudden manipulation without your agreement
  • Practical advice so the session keeps working afterwards
More about me
How I work

Your appointment, in four steps

Allow between 45 minutes and an hour. Every session follows the same careful sequence.

1

Case history

Your medical history, past injuries and daily life — the context that explains where the pain comes from.

2

Examination

Mobility tests, palpation and differential assessment, to find what needs treating and rule out anything that should not be treated.

3

Treatment

Hands-on techniques chosen for your situation, working on the musculoskeletal, visceral and cranial systems.

4

Advice

Stretches, workstation set-up, hydration and follow-up — so the benefit lasts.

Skills

The techniques I use

Osteopathy is both a craft and a science: individual judgement built on solid anatomy.

Structural techniques

Short, precise joint manipulation, used only once every contraindication has been ruled out and with your agreement.

Fascial & soft tissue techniques

Indirect, gentle approaches that rebalance the fascia wrapping every structure in the body.

Visceral techniques

Work on the mobility of the organs in the chest, abdomen and pelvis, for everyday functional complaints.

Cranial techniques

Very gentle work on the small movements of the skull — particularly suited to babies and to headaches.

Frequently asked

You may be wondering…

Do I need a referral to see an osteopath ?

No. Osteopathy is a first-contact profession: you can book directly, without seeing your doctor first.

Does treatment hurt ?

No. Techniques are matched to your age and your sensitivity. Some areas may feel tender during treatment, but nothing is done without your agreement.

How many sessions will I need ?

For a recent problem, one to three sessions is usually enough. For prevention, two or three visits a year works well for most people.

Will my insurance cover it ?

Osteopathy is not reimbursed by the French state health system, but most private policies cover it, typically €100 to €300 a year. You are given an invoice at every session.
